How I can support you

Health and wellbeing advocacy

Personalised support to help you improve your quality of life with achievable changes

From the word go, I take the time to understand your world – your needs, challenges and goals. Together, we’ll create a practical plan that covers elements like nutrition and lifestyle habits, making small, sustainable shifts that support your overall wellness.

One-to-one coaching

Teaching you practical ways to organise your life and work towards your goals

From our first conversation, I help you uncover what you’re great at and show you how to turn those strengths into stepping stones for personal and professional success. Using visual mapping tools, we’ll explore your goals and create a clear, practical plan to help you reach them, one step at a time.

School and community group consultations

Partnering with schools and communities to grow wellbeing, inclusion, and understanding.

A happy, healthy team is the foundation of a thriving environment. I partner with schools and community groups to build understanding around wellbeing and neurodiversity — including ADHD — and to share evidence-based strategies that strengthen inclusion and collective impact.

In schools, I support teachers, teacher aides, and leaders to create inclusive, responsive environments for both staff and learners. In community settings, I work with teams to foster understanding, connection, and sustainable wellbeing practices.

In their Own Words

Your Journey To Good Health

The first step in your wellness journey is an informal consultation where you and I explore your current situation and goals. Depending on your schedule, location and preferences, we can meet in person or via video call – whatever works best for you.

From there, we’ll work together to create a plan to help you identify your strengths and build strategies and systems that fit your unique needs and vision. I’ll adjust my support as needed, providing as much guidance as you need to ensure your plan stays practical and achievable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I need a health and wellbeing advocate?

If you're seeking personalised, strengths-based support to navigate health, wellness or neurodivergent life, you're in the right place. Here are some aspects of life I can help you with:

  • ADHD coaching
  • Understanding and implementing your healthcare provider’s recommendations
  • Creating nutrition plans and habits
  • Reducing stress or overwhelm
  • Navigating daily life and wellness routines during or after serious health events (in collaboration with your care team)
  • Supporting neurodivergent family members
  • Improving metabolic health
  • Managing menopause or perimenopause
  • support with life transitions - for example moving out of home, returning to work, retiring, planning and action for change!

Are you a Health Practitioner or Counsellor?

No, I’m neither. I’m a certified Health Coach and qualified educator with a Bachelor’s in Teaching & Learning and a Diploma in Health Science.

My training enables me to understand medical diagnoses and health recommendations, allowing me to work alongside professional healthcare to support, educate and empower individuals on their wellbeing journey.

Someone recommended vision boarding with PATH and MAPS graphic facilitation. What is this and is it something you offer?

Graphic Facilitation is a visual planning process that helps individuals set goals, explore their hopes, and create action steps. MAPS and PATH are just two examples of graphic facilitation tools. The main difference between the two is their starting point; MAPS explores personal stories to uncover direction, while PATH is a future-focused tool for planning clear actions in complex situations.

As an experienced graphic facilitator, I guide the conversation and draw the plan in real-time, making it easy to understand and follow the steps towards health and wellness.

What makes you different from life coaches?

My approach as a health and wellness advocate combines education, health science, neurodiversity expertise, and a holistic approach to wellbeing. Instead of coaching clients on general areas of their lives, I make sure my support is tailored to each person’s specific needs.
